Clayton 4 week Bus | DJ – MC and Graffiti Sessions
Unity Radio began the summer music and art sessions on the newly operating bus, and by the second week we had received a minor set back. However, with thanks to our new friend Ross at ensign buses, we have a newer model ex-service bus in line and we hope to get out for the last session on September 9th.

Graffiti Workshops
Over the last five weeks, Unity Radio have been working with a number of young people from the Langworthy area and in particular working in Chimney Pot Park.

Radio & Graffiti WorkshopsÂ
Unity Radio has a wealth of experience and is now extremely excited about the opportunity to develop a working relationship with New East Manchester and the New Deal for Communities Team.
Unity Radio is currently delivering a health promotion programme aimed at engaging young people in the Clayton, Beswick and Openshawe areas. Through a series of 10 graffiti workshops and 20 broadcast workshop sessions, Unity Radio will tackle taboo and often avoided health issues, such as, Teenage pregnancy, Dental hygiene, Smoking and Substance misuse, promoting healthy life styles and well being for all.

MC Workshops
Having developed a funding opportunity with North West Vision and the Media Trust with ALL FM, Unity Radio and ALL FM were able to deliver a number of MC Workshops.
