Blizzard – “You came to mine”
Born and bred Mancunian Blizzard, aka Bradley Green, shot to internet notiourty a couple of years ago when his battle with Mark Grist hit 5 million hits on YouTube, but Green’s new single sees him move away from his battling heritage and try his hand at a little romance.
“You Came to Mine” sees Blizzard move into more daytime friendly territory. Teaming up with R&B sensation Shakka to bring a medlodic goosebump enhancing track. It’s a mix of soulful heartful vocals and punchy raps about a recent relationship.
Green’s debut E.P ‘Sooner Than Never” back in 2012 charted highly on itunes and his accent has not stopped since. As a result he was tipped on many ‘Ones to watch’ lists but it was his 2014 E.P ‘Kids of the Night’ that saw his real emergence and touring spots with the likes of Jessie J, Naughty Boy and Emile Sande followed, plus sets at Glastonbury and countless UK shows really cemented his place as an up and coming British star.
Blizzard is set to release his debut album in September and at Unity we can’t wait to hear more.
